🔁 Returns

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Condition: Products showing signs of wear, damage, or modification are not eligible.

Contact us at info@fieldborne.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will reply with instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).

Once approved, ship the product to the address provided.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
🛠️ Warranty Coverage
All Fieldborne Gear products include a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Covered: Hardware, locks, handles, and stitching failures under normal use.

Not covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
If your product qualifies, we’ll repair or replace it — at our discretion — with a product of equal or greater value.
🌍 International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure smooth handling.
